1. About these terms

These terms apply when you access or use the Xaiore website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information, not a service agreement

The website describes Xaiore's capabilities and provides general information. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee project availability or form a binding offer. Any paid work, scope, timeline, fees, data responsibilities and deliverables will be set out in a separate written agreement.

3. Demonstrations and examples

Interface previews, conversations and industry scenarios shown on the site are illustrative simulations. They are intended to explain how a custom system may work and are not claims about an existing client, live deployment or guaranteed result.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Xaiore name, site design, copy, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Xaiore. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not copy, resell, publish or commercially exploit its materials without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
• Attempt unauthorised access, disruption or security testing.
• Introduce malicious code or misuse automated access.
• Misrepresent an association with Xaiore.

6. Third-party services

The site may link to services such as WhatsApp or email providers. Xaiore does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xaiore is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update the website or these terms. The date at the top shows when this version was last revised. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
